If you have travel plans, especially from east- central Wisconsin into southeast Wisconsin, be prepared for potentially hazardous road conditions and low visibility. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotters are requested to forward snowfall measurements to the National Weather Service in Green Bay.
